Rangers,
I am the Senior Commander at my church and this is
how we handle boys with problems. First offense the
Commander councils with the boy. Second offense he
comes and see me. Then I will council with him and
have a bible study for him to do. Third offense he
comes and sees me again. At that time we schedule a
meeting with the parents. Then if it happens again.
Then we schedule a meeting with the parents and the
Pastor that is charge of our ministry. We have never
gotten past the meeting with the parents.
