A high school teacher was telling me that he *Attacks the opening classe with

the concept of "PROFESSIONALISUM"

He keeps it up for a while.. and then finds the classes respond to respect
and give it back.
*The key is to have something solid each week that is important to share...

In the OLD days... lots of guys sat under a teacher in FEAR!

Paramilitary groups blend the two concepts...
