Our outpost was recently given a uniform that was bought at a garage sale.
The uniform came from the S. New England District and had a pow wow patch
on the pocket. We would like to find out more information regarding the
pow wow. i.e. Where it was held, what was the theme, etc.

The patch is a pentagon shape, with a blue border. Just inside the border
is an area in red with the following words in each section of the pentagon
(I have separated the words in each section with a /, and I will start with
the wording at the bottom and go clockwise).

J. WOOLEY / S. NEW ENGLAND / II SUMMER / OLYMPIC GAMES / 1993 POW-WOW

There is a white star with gold trim in the middle, and the tips of the
star reach out to the corners of the pentagon. In the missle of the star
is a gold torch with a red flame reaching up into the top point of the
star, and a green wreath wrapping around the torch..

There are 5 small rings between the inner edge of the red area and the
outer edge of the star.

Any information on the patch / pow wow would be appreciated.
