Thats a patch from our second Olympics POW WOW. It is a theme that is
extremely popular. We are having another one this June to coincide with the
2000 Olympics. THe patch is designed each each by a Ranger, that year by
Jason Wooley. The patch winner does not pay the POW WOW fee and gets the
first patch produced, framed, and presented to him at POW WOW.
The overall design is Jason's with the torch and 5 Olympic rings symbolic of
the event.
