I have received several back channel emails regarding my invitation to the
Rangers e-circle. There have been some concerns about my intentions of
setting up this circle. Please let me clarify them...

***The ranger e-circle IS NOT (repeat - IS NOT) meant to replace Rangernet!

**The e-circle IS a place where we can easily share files and pictures. Some
of the rangernet subscribers have slower modems that may have problems with
large attachments.

*E-circle also gives us the capability to do voice chat over the internet.

--And finally, I am attempting to get a digital camera for my outpost
through their promotion.

I have found that boys, parents, and church members respond very well to
seeing pictures of Rangers in action. When pictures of an event are shown
in the church foyer the day after an activity, church support for rangers
tends to increase.

With these thoughts in mind, I again ask for your help in this. I need at
least another 75 people to reach my goal of 100 to get this camera.

I will be resending the invitation later today. Please respond to it as
soon as possible. You only need to give an email address and name to join.
While you are there, take a look at my photo album.

If I have offended anyone by this, please accept my sincere apology.

In His Service,
Allen R. Cook - Cookie
