My opinion is that this happens because no one wants to communicate and
everything is supposed to remain incommunicado, no one is supposed to know
anything, ( I have a whole laundry lists of things) As soon as someone opens
up, they get cold shouldered and treated less than Christian.(i know of
instances) If someone does something wrong, they should be told about it
instead of organizing everyone against them and blacklisting them for no
apparent reason (none that would have any merit to it.) The reason we need
to communicate is to convey our ideas together and come to a solution, to
listen and be able to feel the pulse of what the people in the rank and file
feel and believe should be done about a/the solution. People holding grudges
and blacklisting them behind their backs is only going to serve to be
contrary to what it is all about in the first place. We as Rangers need to
be able to talk, not argue over stupidity. We need to set the example and
stop showing everyone the reasons why the example isn't getting set. We have
to open our minds and listen and throw our blinders in the trash. No tunnel
vision here. We need to present ourselves in a professional manor, by being
100% serious but at the same time being able to have fun and accept
constructive criticisms not go totally ballistic everytime someone makes a
post that we don't agree with.
As Christians, our goals should be the same, but how we arrive at those
goals is totally up to the Lord. We should be able to build off of one
another's experiences instead of tearing them down. We need to be able to
forgive because sometimes that human thing keeps popping in the way.
The only black eye anyone should get from Rangernet is the one that
Satan's going to get when we plunder hell and populate Heaven!
