Something that you should consider for the next parade that your outpost is
in is to make flyers to pass out. My outpost along with the Missionetts in
my church have made up a double sided flyer with info about both programs
and a map. We walk along our float and we pass out these flyers and some
candy to any boy or girl that we see watching the parade. We have had
several boys and girls to start attending Rangers and Missionetts b/c of the
flyers. I think that if you do it and you only get one boy or girl to come
its still worth all the work. This Saturday will be the fourth parade that
we have done this and I am looking for more great results. I hope this Idea
is helpful to you in your efforts to reach those boys in your community.
