       Thanks for the extra rain too here in Washington DC!  Our ducks are 
most grateful. Your water bomb will be here tomorrow as we are tracking it on 
radar.  I'll tell my friends at the Pentagon that tomorrow is condition 
yellow,,, yellow for rain coats.    :-)
