Yep it was a small missile trying to hit an even smaller target.
The warheads hit every other target but Texas, maybe we should have practised trying 
to hit the Australian Capital Territory  first since our smallest Territory is bigger 
then 
Texas. Also it has a lot of hot air from the Politicaians down there, similar to Texas 
(without the Pollies)
