Some of the stuff in the Bible is culture oriented. If I went by all of that I would always wear black pants and a white shirt and many brothers in Christ would be excommunicated for having long hair. Ladies, make sure your skirts are ankle lenght.

If you want a verse to say no Christmas Trees. Then try Jerimiah the 10
chapter. It pretty much describes a christmas tree. However the
scripture reference was in regards to idols. My Christmas Tree a few
feet away reminds me of Christs Birth and what he did for me.The Law and all its do's and don'ts ... I am so thankfull that Christ
came and cancelled all that stuff we couldn't live up to . Col 2:14.
However I am thankfull for the many good guidelines in the Law. I am
very much more thankfull for the Grace of God.On Fri, 10 Dec 1999 22:02:50 -0600 "Spirit Rider" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
