All, Has anyone tried moving leadership around? For example. If a outpost had 4 commanders. over the next four years, one commader would get to be Sr. Commader during that year. Then the rest of the Commanders would work in a new group. The next year the guy acting as Sr. Commander would trade his job with someone else. The other commanders would do like wise. I was thinking that maybe something like this would prevent some one from getting burned out. It would also allow a person to see the whole Royal Ranger program instead of just his group.
