Y'all,
Hey there good suggestions and questions. It is my mom
apartment. I did ask my mom if they had a contract basically where that. If
the Land Lord had to get in any reason to first to call that person up.
Since the people that owe the place they don't have to have a contract. I
don't know if this is law or not. I just ask that you keep my mom in prayer.
I know her safety is well, but however that all goes well for that.
