[RR] Question

Y'all,
         Hey got a question for you, what do you do if two of your boys tell ya that 
they think Royal Rangers is boring?  See one of them likes Royal Rangers, but don't 
want to earn awards while bring a boy.  Don't see RR as that way.  This is from his 
heart.  Any suggestion?  I almost want to have a Cmdr meeting but not in charge of RR.
