Rob,
Hey there yep work with the Straight Arrows, and I been
meaning to do some stuff with the Buckaroos. See all this is just how I see
it with my old Out Post and my new one. So this don't may be all others. I
sometime see that we do Buckaroos stuff for Buckaroos, then when they go to
Pioneers they have to learn extra stuff. What I mean by that is that, if
they are close to Pioneer age, I feel we should teach them little pioneer
stuff. Like Rope crafts and stuff. Me I don't know ropes so maybe grab one
who does. I was at my Phase 1 testing and I had to do Rope testing for my
FCF Phase 1. Didn't know how only knew few. So I felt alittle embarass,
then realize I should have the Buckaroos learn rope as well as me. Hey iff I
want the student to learn something, shouldn't the teacher do the same:)
John
