Dear Duane:
I found that to be true but many employers are ruthless and don't care about honesty. They will have to answer to the Lord for their ways.

I have had a rough time of it for the last two years, no matter what I try doesn't seem to fit. I need to get away from the manufacturing environment. I never was any good at it and now I have permanent damage from carpal tunnel.

I have an Associates in General Education and a Certificate in AutoCad. I was an A student at CAD. I took a introductory course in Computer graphics and got a high mark in that also but my teacher said that I did not have the personal characterisitics for graphic arts.
I am mesmerizied with doing art, drawing and photography on computers.
I gave it a try as a label maker for a disc company. I gave it the best I could, I liked the tasks involved but I was unable to keep up with the work load. I am 46 yrs old and I don't understand computers like a young person that grew up with them. I like it but it doesn't come natural to me. Eventually I made so many mistakes they had to fire me but I still made a lagacy of a man for Christ. They fired an honest man but I also got a good reference from them when I tried to do something else like drive a school bus for the Special Education District, in addition to cleaning the church part time.

Take life one fight at a time.. and take no reguard for the future!

The time to do right is NOW! This is the day of the Lord... and you are his
child.

Yes... the "Idea" that your next boss would "prefere" you had not been fired is
yours to make. I say let what is- be what is.. and stand up and be counted even
if that means being fired!

I counciled him to be open- be honest and *Think...

Sometimes the greatest moments in our life is when we can show some Character...
Being "responsible" means acting like you are... responsible. If you failed.. say
so!

We should CHOOSE the course we take.. Honor requries our best.

When you make a mistake, stand up and make it your mistake without blameing
anyone else or
whineing and complaining..

I told him it is HARD to fire an honest man.. and Courage is found when we stand
up
for what is right.. even if we did wrong. *Show the boss you know what is right
and with "God's
help- that is your best"  Lot's of errors and failure can be amended, repaired
and fixed.

Honesty is the best policy.
