Good question Mike. How long is the time period between his completing
the Mountainman advancements and his turning twelve. For me I would play
it by ear. If he completed the advancements in my outpost and it was
shortly after turning twelve (within several months) I would not deny
him the Mountainman rating or Silver Hawk.
As for double counting his advancements I agree with you. No way. If he
could do it once he can do it again.
