All Royal Rangers commanders, male and female, are free to read the Royal
Rangers Leaders' Manual. The Royal Ranger Buckaroo/Straight Arrow
Leadership Training Course is open to women, and differs from the Pioneer
and above LTC only in the material pertaining to advancements and camping
and in taking advantage of the older boys' longer attention spans. Those
things can be picked up from reading and district Leadership Training
Seminars. The BEST training is in the Holy Bible as quickened to you by the
Holy Spirit.
