In our OP we are ecstatic to have parents involved from time to time. We're
not talking about making them all permanent RR leaders here because as you
said there are those parents we can't afford to have in that position. (Tho
there are some whom I wish we could talk into it!) I know of a couple RR
parents who will NEVER be leaders due to that fact. However, we really can
not say to them, "You can not be involved w/ your child in a RR setting."
This calls for wisdom & careful supervision to balance the equal aspects of
redemption & protection.
