What a great afternoon!

We loaded up about 10 boys in the bus after church Sunday and went out to a
ranch belonging to one of the commanders. He has 2 lakes with fat, hungry
fish.

The boys all went fishing - we caught about 40 fish between us. All but one
of them was a bluegill(Brim for you Louisiana guys). One was a bass. After
some fishing came lunch - hotdogs and brats on the grill with baked beans
and chips.

More fishing and then the commander brought out his 2 person go-kart and
moped. All the boys took turns driving the go-kart around the property and
the older ones tried out the moped.

Of course, I had to take my turn driving some boys around on the go-kart.
Donuts in the dirt and gravel as well as going airborne over some of the
humps in the grass.

Everyone had a great time. We went back to the church just in time to make
our presence known on the front 2 rows.

I woke up this morning to go to work and my body reminded me that I was not
a teenager anymore. Every bone in my body was sore.

My sons woke up about the same time and asked when we were going to do that
again.

With a moan .... I went to work. Thankfully, it is a quiet day here today..
