Sometimes Christians get what I call "destination disease". DD says that
royal rangers will be better "over there", or that the worship is better at
the "other church". That we just have to find the right church and
everything will be alright.

My advice to anyone leaving a church ministry is this...

1. Go to your immediate supervisor and explain your problem if its fixed
then stop here. If its not fixed within 30 days then go to #2
2. Go with your supervisor to the pastor over your area and explain your
problem. If not fixed within 30 days then #3
3. Go to the Senior Pastor or ask to appear before the church board.
Explain your intention to leave the church if the situation is not remedied.

This obviously is not hard and fast and should be tailored to your
situation. The most important thing is to follow Mathew 18 when dealing
with conflict. This isn't easy but in the end the truth will be known and
you will have gained the proper perspective on the situation.

BTW, I don't feel that "straings fealing out the church" is enough for you
to leave a church. It could be the beanie-weenie's talkin'. If it really
was God leading you then I believe your relationships with the people
around you would confirm your call. (Remember Paul and Barnabus at Antioch?)
