IT is true he is to be a role model. How ever it is going to depend on alot of what happened at school. If it was something like our Eagle Scout who was just suspend. Is it worth destroying the boy and turning him away from Rangers. I would rather try and rebuild him as much as possible. At the time that a boy or girl is suspended he is at a low point and feels like the world is against him or her. To have the church turn it's back on them would be shame on us. He or she needs to know that even though I failed in school there are people that still love and care for me. I would talk with the child and the parents at the same time and let them know that we would all work together to help each other to be successful and be a character that a Christian is suppose to have of compassion and love.
