Quiet well.
We have male and female leaders. Males do not teach girls above Buckaroos and visa
versa.
When we go camping any male or female caught in the opposite sexs site (without
permission of the Leader) is sent home straight away.
We have very strict rules on behaviour, but it work and work well.
