I would like to suggest an alternative to cyber pow-wow this year.  An 
alternative that will be just as much work, but hopefully will allow more 
people to get involved.

How about a "Cyber-training Conference"?  All classes online with 
downloadable worksheets, notes, and presentations - things you can take back 
to your outpost to train your boys and leaders with.

I have put together a short presentation outling my ideas. Take a look at it 
and lets see what everybody thinks.
