No doubt- "what the captain ment to say<G>" Any US "MALE" buckaroo commander (ranch boss) or (Chief) may apply for FCF Membership if in addition they complete the "MALE ONLY" LTC 4 camp-out or the *USA Version of-National Training Camp (NTC) to back the US-FCF goal of "promoteing camping" that of course is not promoted in the younger groups beyond "day-camping". *Because the older groups do camp- the stands to reason that Adult leaders of those groups would be trained... at "male only" camps. And all positions abouve the local outpost must have access to Dist. and National camps... ergo- No US Women above the local outpost level!
