Well here we are. I am a Straight Arrow Commander and in FCF. I have been in FCF since I was 17. When it comes to POW-WOW I go. I don't bring my boys but I do attend to help out the other commanders and to be with my sons. To limit a leader from attending a POW-WOW because he is a Buckaroo commander is allowing some one to miss out on a blessing. I don't want to miss a single pow-wow. However because of my job that is going to happen. I am one of the best trained people in our outpost due to the fact only one other leader in our outpost was a ranger growing up. I have so many thing I teach our Pioneers and above when I get the chance but still hold the Straight Arrow Commander Billet. I will only change groups when the Lord leads and is confirmed by our Senior Commander. He knows my wishes and I will still do the group assigned until it is time for me to go. I still participate with FCF and it is a great tool. Those are my 2 cents.
