Funny thing, we had the same problem. Our Senior Commander solved it by
creating
"Senior Pioneers" who worked in with the Trailblazers. We generally send
them up to
Senior Pioneers at the age of 11yrs 6 mths if they have their Master Rating.
I've 3 boys who will go into this group in a few weeks time.
BTW 1 A few years ago I saw a metal pin that had the powerhorn, bowie, rifle
and
hawk crossed over each other. Can anyone get me four of them please?
I want to give them to the 4 boys who will get their Master Rating in a few
weeks time.
BTW 2 The fourth boy is too young to go up Senior Pioneers so he will assist
me a
teaching the others plus work on Merit Awards.
