I personally would make sure the boy has finished everything possible in the
Pioneers... then allow him to move forward into the TrailBlazer stuff...
even if he's under age.
The quandry with this notion is whether he can 'wear' the trailblazer
chevron's until he's 12.... (except on his award's vest).
Some will argue that if the boy earns it, let him wear it... others.. not.
Either way, keep the boy challenged. If that means doing trailblazer level
stuff through to GMA, then so be-it.

requirements must be completed". In the sentence just before this one, it
says the boy must complete the Trailblazer advancement trail and Gold Track.
My question is: How can a boy earn the GMA as early as 12 when he cannot
even be in Trailblazers until he is 12 or in the 7th grade ?
