Contrary to porpular belief, a man can teach a young lady quite a bit
about being a lady.

I was not truly a lady when I met my very Godly husband. I had a mouth
like a sewer, my clothes were short low and tight, I could drink most any man
under the table (14 shots of tequila and driving home were no problem) I knew
how to tell all the best jokes and those were my good points.

My husband saw through all of that and helped me to hone away most of the
rough edges. He buys me clothes and those are the clothes that I truly get
compliments on. Most importantly he has taught me how to be the lady God
meant me to be.

He has taught our daughter how to walk sit talk and behave more than I
have seen most women. I say this not because he is my husband but because I
know what gracious women he has in his life and that is what he expects from
those women around him.

Now I am starting to teach Buckaroos instead of Straight Arrows, I know
in the first aid section you are expected to teach on jock itch, when that
lesson comes around we will have Cmdr. Chris be the guest speaker that night
at my request.

You see I have the desire to work with older boys just as do many other
women. As christians I expect that we LADIES would have the grace and
judgment when to go forward and when to back off.

This is not a battle ground of men against women. It is a battle ground
of us (men and women) against the devil.

I understand that there are areas where you as men can reach boys where I
cannot, but I goes both ways. I can get to a boy where you cannot. The same
goes for men teaching young ladies. As long as we are not alone with the
child (which is a main rule if I am correct and I believe I am) we should be
fine.

Just my .02
