I agree they do. I can see the difference in my son and his playmates. He
has friends that are Mormons, friends that sometimes go to church, and
friends with no affiliation whatsoever.

The difference is huge. Believe me he is no angel, but he tries to be a
gentleman and will try to stop bullies from picking on others and he is very
tender hearted. He gets very concerned about on going events in this world.

He needs a Godly man in his life. I needed a Godly father in my life when I
was growing up, my parents were divorced by the time I was in kindergarten.
Then I might not have the history if have and the memories that go with it.

I do not question that.

However, with the history I do have I can see a lot of things men who do not
have the knowledge I have do not see. (did that make sense). I also don't
desire to be excluded from an area of this that I believe I have a lot to
contribute to. I don't want to invade FCF, I don't fervently desire to get
into survivorship (some OK), but I would like to go hiking (don't have to go
camping), rock climbing, canoeing, help boys learn community service and
other such trips. I would like to go on mission trips. I can do more than
come up with great crafts, make snacks/costumes and decorate a room.

Youth groups manage to do this (I don't want to go full time youth so don't
go there please) without all the animosity.

If I have stepped on any toes I am sorry.

Kelly
