I have been arround for awhile and I have come to learn that when I get start to get
tired or fell that I am starting to get worn down it is time to get spiritually
renewed. I bunch of men together arround talking about God and Praising his name. Be
it Ranger Camp when we are in Full Swing or at a men's Retreat orr just a Saturday
Mens Devotional. (Which is hard to attend when there are ranger events almost every
weekend,) I can not say anything about NTC, BSTC, Ect. However when I was a Ranger
Boy and went to JLTC. It helped me through my Senior Year. I relied more on God than
myself. I prasie God for My Hero's Mike Junkermeierand Sherman Gregory. How helped
me to go to JLTC in Southern California in 83. They talked to my mom about investing
for the future. They knew that I was going into the Navy and needed the Batteries
FULLY Charged before boot camp. I went to LTC that year and also joined FCF and went
to Natioonal in 84 in Hungry Hourse MT. I will say we need !
to get charged up. We need the fellowship of others. For where two or three come
together in my name there am I with them. Mt 18:20. We need to seek God with the
fellowship of the saints. We need to encourage each other. (this is one of the
reasons for Rangernet. To encourage each other.) Remember Iron Sharpens Iron.

I know that there is more to say but I am going to take a break so I can do some
studing on my course.

* I can see where we *appear to disagree... it's in the definition of the
word burnout... Giving up is not burnout. Giving up is a worldy trait that
leads to lazyness and apathy when taken to the extreme.. showing a total
lack of faith in God's abilities to make miracles happen. That's different
than my definition... My definition of burn out has nothing to do with
giving up, it has to do with exhaustion coupled with frustration and at
times, phsyical illness caused from the stress of continually doing battle
call it "battle fatigue" if you will)... As Christians, we are all called
to rely upon God, but none of us are superhuman.... despite our faith. God
created us and he fully understands that. He wants us to rely on him, but
also to rely on the strength of each other when we're not 'in form' due to
the stresses we face on the front lines.

I restate... "even the toughest soldiers have to leave the front line now
and again." Those that don't fall down from exhaustion and physical and
emotional weakness. What makes a Christian Soldier any different?

Parson.
