Before we get too far into class development, I think we should set up some goals and objectives. If we don't what we want to accomplish, we won't know if we were successful. Some of the questions I think need asking are: 1. Why are we doing this? 2. Who is this training being aimed at? 3. What format should the training materials take? 4. Who will hold the copywrite on the materials? 5.
