Some of the questions I think need asking are:

1. Why are we doing this?
2. Who is this training being aimed at?
3. What format should the training materials take?
4. Who will hold the copywrite on the materials?
5. Will we allow the materials to be used elsewhere?

Why are we doing this? To better ourselves, to keep our spirit Alive with
the oath of reaching, teaching and keeping boys to Jesus Christ.
Who should be aimed at? See above..I believe just about any adult
interested/involved in Ranger Program.
  Format?
  Copywrite?
Allow materials to be used elsewhere? Only if requested and approved...
should not just deal out like it was a simple handbook, because I believe
that part of what will make this work (not unlike other training events such
as LTC, NTC, etc) is the FELLOWSHIP and the memories you obtain from knowing
that you worked with a group of fellowmen to achieve a goal!
