amd ups and fed ex can not use postage rates to subsidizeteh cost of the
package nor is the post office subject tothe various custom regulations tha
fed ex and ups are. If ayou were to fairley figure the package cost outside
the postal system itwould be more equitable.
While it true taht compare to many countries our postal system is still adeal
it hardly makes sense that the postage rate shuld have to rise faster than
express mail or packages Harry Smith
