Dear Rangers,
Yesterday New South Wales had it's A.G.M. in which Victor Zalakos was re-elected
State Commander. Paul Robinson (my Senior Commander) was elected his deputy.
Our State President Pa. Ian Woods (my Senior Pastor) gave the Devotion. In it he
mentioned why cann't we have a exchange program with other countries.
I like this suggestion and I was wondering, how many Outposts would like to join in?
The way I see it working is that a small group of about 5 Rangers and one leader
spend a week with members of another Outpost the week before a Camporama or
Rendezvous (for this one they would have to be members of FCF) and go on the
Camporama or Rendezvous.
This would give Rangers in different countries a look at Rangers in different parts of
the
world. It would each person their airfare to the country plus a bit of spending money.
If
we can get the National Offices on-board they might waiver the fees for the camp for
these Rangers.
I know there's a lot of work to be done in getting this up and running, but it will be
worth it.

There's a storm coming, our Storm.
