First, it is the local church's responsibility to screen its leaders so as
to prevent having a Neanderthal on staff who would treat his boys in the way
Sr. Guide does at NTC.

Second, they need to spend more time explaining why the Sr. Guide is acting
as he is.  At my NTC, they spent about 10 minutes explaining why the Sr.
Guide, who was in "real life" a very nice man, was acting the way he did.

Third, they need to speak more about the patrol system.  We were somewhat
confused since a Sr. Guide is a boy's position of leadership.
