you are doing a good job.

The German RR's are a small group compared to the US.
That is also the reason why we have a lot less NTC's per year, of
course.

When the training schedule for next year comes out why don't you take
part in a german NTC where we will have men and woman-trainees all the
time.
We had other foreign candidates take part in our training camps and
trails, Russians, Swedes, Dutch, etc.
They walked home with a good experience and their respective patch they
had earned.
