Stephan. Soaring Eagles report of NTC is exactly as it is done in the
U.S.A.
I attended a LTC campout that gleaned this training from NTC. While I
feel that the intent for NTC is not to teach this neither the less they
are indeed spending 2 of the 3.5 days teaching this negative behavior and
then on the last day they try to be your buddy again all for the sake of
don't treat your boys like this... and yet many do and they learned it
from NTC.

The best news is that National is taking a look at the 25% failure rate
of NTC. Instead of showing us how not to treat our Rangers how about
showing us how the patrol system should work and do it in a positive way.
Doing things out of fear of humilation via "Knotty" or essays is enough
to make me turn my back on it and kick the dirt off of my shoes and go
on. It goes against every thing that Christ taught us to do.

I love Royal Rangers and I love and pray for our Staff and I see Staff
pouring their hearts into this Ministry callled Royal Rangers. It is the
best boat afloat and yet it has some holes in it. Lets fix those holes
and I feel that National is going to do so, Praise God.

Brothers and Sisters in Ranger Net. Being located here is Springfield I
get to brush elbows with some of these Godly people and there heart
indeed is to make it better.

Lets work to plug those holes and keep this fine vessel called Royal
Rangers floating high and Godly.
