I am very sorry. I did'nt know the expression 'bullshit' would offend you
that much. It was what I thought when I read that e-mail (and I know I
shouldn't even have thought it). Please forgive me.

First I thought I would try to defend my using of foul language, but when I
was beginning to write this e-mail I felt it was not right in such a strong
way, it made me cry. I understood, we cannot take back our words even if we
excuse ourselves immediately after.
