Excellent!

Right to the meat<G> *Open with a joke, a Ranger warm-up thing and let
the adults see the "shine" in your eyes that you want to share with the boys...

Explain that when we travel a road we take a map, and that Rangers has
"mapped out" the training, the program and the techniques to yeild a excellent
*Ministry to Reach-Teachand Keep ect. Youth groups can meet those mission
goals, but Rangers has at it's heart the WHOLE BOY- *Body, *Mind, and *Spirit!

Stay "positive" but share the challenge of today's boy...and that we only have
a few years to make or lose the next generation of "Churchmen"....done well,
the boys will return to take up a greater role in the Leadership of the churches
tomorrow, because they come to understand *Service *Duty and have followed
the Ranger "CODE" ..with God's help. *They even had some FUN along the way!

Ask them to think of a better way to get Adults and boys togather... Royal Rangers

provides the 'framework for allowing our hands to minister to God's handiwork!

The heart of a boy is uncharted wilderness! It dreams of adventure and who will
they become! RR is there to give them the tools to build a Godly life, if they
are
up to the challenge.

Remember-

1. Make the main thing the main thing.

2. Keep it "Big Pictire"

3. Speak from the heart! *allow the Holy Spirit to melt the heart,
bend the knee and lend the hand!
