I'm compelled by the wisdom other countires have shown to hold a successfull
use of resources and effective program/ministry to all... under the emblem of
Royal Rangers.

I've spoken openly that Adult leaders should be free to work in both programs
without gender based restrictions placed by National policy, but still tuned to
the
needs of the local sovern authority... I feel that increased accountability,
child protection
and screening of all leaders over 18 should be priority one.

This is a time of reflection... and change.

The position papers of our fellowship make it clear that gender is not a reason
to discriminate in lay leadership... and I respect the ideals that would preserve

the very best intentions of our mutual groups.. their traditions and
preferences..

*But on the question... I feel our best is to build bridges.. and strong ties..
uniteing where we can and prudently seperateing where we must. I know
this proposal can work for the betterment of Boys and Girls...

Family values are Ranger values... it begins in the home and echo's in our
ministry.
