I've kinda been "lurking" for about 4 months or so on
this mailing list. I now have a question.
I went through LTC back in 1992/1993 via
correspondance.
I have been out of rangers for about 4-5 years now.
I have lost my certificate and LMA.
Is there anyway to get a replacement certificate and
LMA?
