Just call GPH and order a new LMA. Since you did the work and you are
simply replacing lost or broken medals badges. It is a matter of simply
replacing the items.
The only medals I know of that cannot be gotten from GPH in this mannor
must be ordered through National Headquarters. Those are Medal of Valor,
Medal of Courage and the GMA there are others I am sure. These records
are all kept at National.
