What made me un-comfortable is that the Christian comunity let
the Scouts fight the fight on their own, and they *prevailed...on merit
then a "Brother" pumps out rubish that Al Gore is "pro-queer" and
might overturn the Supream Court somehow, at the exspence of Scouts
policies as stated for 90 years!
My "peeve" is if I must *prefere such trash to real leadership in
America,
to remain in fellowship with my *brothers? I guess it could happen..
I've posted a fair amount on Leadership, and would like to see some
real Leadership displayed for a change... *Not bullheaded contested
pretenders, but real true leadership!
On the Gore-Bush thing-
A real leader would at this time- *YEILD!
Mc Cain would. He was not the "darling" of the christian right or the
corporate
"special intrest" that backed G.W. Bush. A McCain as the repubilcan
would
have generated a clear win...or loss!
*But my point is about "Honor" and his actions to withdraw are what
we now see are what these "other pretenders to leadership" cannot do.
I'm picking up the "vibration" that people who claim "christian ethic"
are ready to back Bush no matter what. Ready to dream up garbage
and throw it at anyone who would disagree with their views...
