*To me that means-
We need no "Great" leader but rather the personal motivation to
rise beyond our minimum limits to do one thing for another!
If, by "lifting" our selves to do right without reward... the spirit of
*Aloha... will be generated, and our positive MORALE will give
the emotional drive to group action!
Reagan, was a "great leader" because he invested in good people
around him and let them do what they were prepared to do...
Like a good "One Minute" Commander, He was there to reward and praise
the progress of his administration, but not to monkey wrench or micro manage
the outcome<G>
Pres.Reagan is a fine example of a man of principal "sleeping well during
the wind storm" because he was confident in the abilities of his team.
