Dear Friends,
I am typing this as I wait for my yougest son to finish Breakfast. We
are both heading off to Philadippia, Pa area. We are taking turns
driving and I promise that I will not lecture. We are on oourr way
picking up my other son for Christmas break.

Looking back through 2000, I see many of a time. Where God stretched
me. I remember the time I got a job from a well known museum. They
wanted me to sew many outfits for their interpeters. I saw it was a
impossible job. But God saw an opertunity for grow in the faith the
department. I refused the job and failed the faith test. For 4 weeks I
did not get any work. Then came 4 weeks of Sunday sermons on faith.
They all had my name on it.

Then another well known musuem called. They had me a the top of their
list. The items they wanted was impossible. I could not see how i was
going to make gaiters, military overalls, and leather breeches. But the
interpeter kept on saying that he believe I could make it. After that
phone call, I cried out to God for help. Help came but not like I
expected it. God brought different jobs in to build my faith. I am
amazed how God works through me. I believe this was a turning point in
my faith.

Another thing happen, was the last compensation hearing. The other side
wants to settle. I am looking for God's will in this. I want the best
settlement and how to invest it. Plus tithe, vacation, fix house or
sell, and pay off bills.

Another thing happen was the teaching on servant teaching at the church.
I believe that also made an impact on my life. I am learning not to
shove my faith down the unbelievers throat. God open doors by way of my
customers. A few days ago I took a 1 1/2 hour drive to a customer's
house. I delievered a great coat to his house. Him and his wife are over
65 and had a nice chat about everything. They even asked how I became a
historical tailor. I told them it was by way of Royal Rangers and FCF.
Right them and there I knew that they knew I was a Christian. I believe
the bridge that was built that day. Will be keep on building. That
someday Frank and Ann will know Jesus.

Lastly, the other day my dog was barking at someone in the early hours
of Thursday. There was a young man wandering around the streets. I
asked him if he was cold. I invited him in for breakfast and hot coffee.
The strangest thing happen during that time. I went to my bedroom to
get a change of clothes for him. I sense God's come over me. I even got
to the point where I was weeping. I believe God aproved what i was
doing. That he was showing me his love. I gave the young man the
clothes. For about 1/2 hour I shared the love of God. The seed was
planted.

We serve an awesome God.

God bless you all this Christmas season,
rick/eagle feather
