I am looking for a story that I heard dealt with a Man in the Desert who
comes accross a pump well and a glass of Water.   As he reaches for the glass
of water he finds a note telling him to pour the glass of water in the well
and then pump the pump and then leave the note and another glass of water for
the next traveler.  That is all the story I know.   Does anyone out there
know the complete story.
