*Don't ever be "afraid" to agree or dis -agree
with 'ole ->A No.1<-  <G>

In time I 'jes may stumble into something good<G>

What I'm "preaching today" is holding back enough
of the "intended agenda" to allow a heart felt understanding
of the *mission develop in the boys...

Ranger Commander's are easy to sell on *mission...

Where we 'drop the ball is in transfering that 'passion
into the boy's and boy leaders.

In the Bobcat Patrol recently, they elected a quiet boy
Patrol leader. At the campout, the patrol camped togather,
cooked togather and when it came time to leave, this boy
leader appointed one of his patrol to clean the "patrol box"
of camp gear.

That boy had his father at the camp, and the Dad came over..
looked at the gear and re-assigned the duties<G> He did this
because it made sence to him and he wanted to leave early with
his son..

Later-

I get a call from "patrol leader" saying he wants to quit
because he didn't like what Mr. X did on the campout...
