First heat it up real good and then wipe the grease out with a paper towel.
Wash in hot water and dry well. You may have to reseason it. Rub cooking oil
into the skillet and place in an oven at 375 for about 30 minutes. Remove
from oven and wipe off excess oil if any and let cool down. DO NOT WASH WITH
SOAP.
