Hey there I don't know much about the law
and stuff. I do know this is that if someone first
get hired. They ask for Sundays off, they can't be on
the schedule, unless the boss ask them if they like to
work on that day. You can't be suspended if you miss
work for church, if it is your day off. Best way to
do it, is to let your boss know why you need the day
off. I have always been truthful to my boss when I
need a day off for Rangers, church streetwitness,
anything that has to do with Christian stuff. She has
been always nice and let me have the day off I need it
