All, Few things about the game. I use the word game loosely because Rangers is not a game. It is a ADVENTURE. First of all Iet's vote who gets the staff postions ect. Second I don't think it's fair to go by who has experiance and who doesn't. A guy that don't have any experiance could be as good a Sr. Commander as the one that has experiance.  Please note I'm talking about experiance NOT training. A big differance. Third  I think everone should be able to play. I don't think it's fair saying " You can't play because you're not in a patrol".    Later, Noel "Spirit Rider" Bell
